To meet the habitation needs of a new generation, Bouygues Immobilier launches the first co-living space that meets their expectations. A hybrid living space for people who believe collective experiences is what will initiate positive change. The ambition is to infuse entire neighborhoods with this collective spirit.

Instead, we created Koumkwat! The brand identity consists of a memorable name inspired by the hybrid fruit, along with its bright orange color. The rest is freestyle. Co-livers define their own identity, look and feel, and experience.

Not to be confused with hotels or dorms, the standard rules of branding don’t apply. A place like this can neither have a fixed logo nor an imposed look&feel with corporate guidelines.
